We build centralized, living publication plans using Smartsheet — with Gantt timelines, milestone tracking, congress and journal intelligence, and executive dashboards that give leadership real visibility into where things stand. We bring our own database of congress deadlines, journal characteristics, and acceptance benchmarks to help you make informed decisions about where and when to submit.
Planning isn't a one-time deliverable. We maintain and evolve the plan alongside your program, flagging emerging opportunities, tracking competitive publication activity, and keeping your team aligned as data cuts and timelines shift.
