Agenda Builder allows the user to prioritize comments in a document (Level 1 through 4) and automatically generate an Agenda document with these comments. This allows for a smoother CRM from start to finish and ensures no comment is left behind.

Preview Comments and Assign Priority
Preview all of your comments in an easy-to-review side panel. Simply review and assign priority levels 1 through 4 for all comments in your document. Don't worry, if you miss a comment, it will automatically be added to the Agenda in Level 1 priority. When finished, click "Create Agenda".
Review with Ease
Your new, separate Agenda document is ready for use during your CRM! You're able to view the comments by level priority as well as the full text of the comment and the name of the person who left the comment. A new column for "Resolution" is generated for populating the discussion and follow-up items during your CRM.
